NBaze Terms & Conditions — Applicable to all members

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between NBaze and all its members. By accessing the NBaze platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. It is therefore essential that you read these Terms & Conditions in full before registering.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on NBaze, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Opening an account with false details is a clear violation of these terms and conditions and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Each individual may only register one account — creating multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.
• NBaze may request a national ID card or other identity documents to verify your account.
• Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder — operation by a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any changes to your personal information must be reported to NBaze Support immediately.

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on NBaze can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Please follow the instructions provided on the payment portal carefully when making a deposit. NBaze will not be held responsible for transactions made with incorrect information.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT.

4. Withdrawal Policy

A fully verified account (KYC) is required to withdraw funds from NBaze. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. VIP members enjoy even faster processing.
• A specified wager must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• NBaze reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold while any active investigation into an account is ongoing.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time after activating a bonus.
• Wagering requirements for bonus bets typically range from 5x to 20x.
• More than one deposit bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• If NBaze detects fraudulent use of bonuses, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Betting Rules

• Maximum and minimum single-bet limits are set individually for each event.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on NBaze. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Placing bets with the intent to exploit the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Depositing funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to NBaze's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

NBaze reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If verification documents are not submitted or if false documents are provided.
• When a member voluntarily submits a self-exclusion request.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.

Upon account closure, any bonuses will be deducted from the member's balance and the remaining real funds will be returned — however, in cases of fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.
